What is Fitness?

Fitness is a fitness program developed over several decades by OG. OG, the founder and CEO, was the first person to make fitness meaningful and measurable by improving performance over a long period of time. From this, he developed a program specifically aimed at improving fitness and health.
Fitness is a constantly changing functional movement sequence with high intensity. All Fitness exercises combine the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and other sports. They have a positive effect on the body and life. With high weights and long distances, the exercises are ideal for maximum success in a short time. Intensity is the decisive factor to obtain the best results. The result can then be measured as an expenditure in relation to time and force. The more you train in a short time and the more muscle strength you have in your exercises, the greater the effort will be. Thanks to an ever-changing training approach with functional, high-intensity movements, you will greatly improve your fitness.

Community

The sense of community that arises when people train together is a key factor in the effectiveness of Fitness. This resulted in a global network of over 13,000 Fitness members. The combination of natural connectivity, competition and fun in sports and games leads to dynamics that cannot be achieved through other means.

Numbers Don't Lie

Fitness program is determined by data. Scoreboards, counting points and data, time measurements and the precise definition of rules and standards - all this leads to unparalleled performance motivation. In this way, both relative and absolute measured values are determined for each training session and progress is recorded. These data have a decisive influence on the motivation of each individual. The goal of Fitness is to provide basic, complete physical fitness to athletes, supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares participants for every physical challenge - not only for unknown but also unexpected situations. Our specialty is not to specialize. Although Fitness challenges the world's fittest athletes, the program is designed to be universal. Therefore, the training is perfect for everyone who is committed - regardless of their experience. If necessary, we do not change the program, just the weights or intensity. The needs of Olympians and more experienced athletes differ in the level of difficulty, but not in the type of training.
